Your Velvet & Grain table is designed for simple, sturdy assembly. Each piece arrives in two parts—the signature tabletop and the custom base—complete with all the necessary heavy-duty screws. With pre-drilled points integrated directly into the build, you can securely mate the two components in minutes. This split-delivery approach ensures your furniture arrives in pristine condition, while our precision-aligned hardware guarantees a flush, gallery-standard finish once assembled in your space.

To maintain your Velvet & Grain table, simply dust the surface regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and blot any liquid spills immediately to protect the moisture-resistant finish. Use coasters or trivets for hot items to prevent thermal damage, and clean only with a lightly dampened cloth and mild soap—avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive pads. To ensure long-term stability, we recommend checking and tightening the assembly screws after the first month of use, and always remember to lift the table rather than dragging it when repositioning to protect both the mounting points and your floors.

Customer can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.

Standard Orders: We accept returns on standard items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of customized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item (custom or standard) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos/video, and we will resolve the issue for you.
