  • How should I care for my Velvet & Grain artwork?
    Daily & Weekly Dusting
    • Feather Duster: Use a high-quality feather duster or a soft synthetic alternative for light, daily maintenance. This prevents abrasive dust particles from settling into the texture of the material.
    • Compressed Air/Blower: For intricate carvings, deep grooves, or hard-to-reach corners, a low-pressure air blower or a can of compressed air is highly effective. Ensure the air is cool and held at a safe distance to avoid any structural stress.
    Deep Cleaning
    • Damp Cloth Method: If the surface requires more than dusting, use a lint-free microfiber cloth. Lightly dampen it with distilled water—the cloth should be moist to the touch but never dripping.
    • Drying: Always follow a damp wipe with a separate, dry microfiber cloth to buff the surface and remove any residual streaks or standing droplets.
    Environmental Protection
    • Sunlight Exposure: Direct UV rays can lead to "photodegradation," causing colors to fade and organic materials to become brittle or crack. Position the piece away from windows or use UV-filtering films/curtains.
    • Moisture Control: High humidity can cause swelling, warping, or even mold growth. Keep the item in a climate-controlled environment, ideally away from humidifiers, bathrooms, or poorly ventilated areas.
    • Heat Sources: Avoid placing the item near radiators, fireplaces, or heating vents, as extreme temperature fluctuations can cause the material to expand and contract rapidly, leading to structural damage.

    • Will the artwork bend or crack?
      Crafted from high-grade engineered wood and eco-friendly adhesives, our pieces are designed for lasting durability and structural integrity. Your artwork will remain in pristine condition when displayed in a dry environment, shielded from direct heat and moisture.

    • Can I place it outdoors?
      We do not recommend outdoor display. Continuous exposure to sunlight, rain, or temperature changes may affect the wood’s finish and color over time.
    • Can I order customized artwork?

    • How to Return or Exchange product?
      Customer can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of ship date.
      Standard Orders: We accept returns on standard items in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
      Custom Orders: Due to the bespoke nature of customized items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed.
      Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item (custom or standard) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos/video, and we will resolve the issue for you.
