Return & Refund Policy
In compliance with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules
Return Window
- Standard Returns: 1-14 days from the date of delivery.
- Defective/Wrong Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a seamless claim.
Mandatory Disclosures for India:
- No "No-Return" Policies on Defective Goods: Under Indian law, we cannot refuse a return if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or "not as described."
- Refund Timeline: Once the return is picked up and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card). For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.
- If the order is already in transit, a cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the Return process instead.
