Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

  • Standard Returns: [e.g., 7 or 10 days] from the date of delivery.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a seamless claim.

Mandatory Disclosures for India:

  • No "No-Return" Policies on Defective Goods: Under Indian law, we cannot refuse a return if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or "not as described."

  • Refund Timeline: Once the return is picked up and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card). For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched.

  • If the order is already in transit, a cancellation may not be possible, and you may need to follow the Return process instead.
