Defective/Wrong Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a seamless claim.

No "No-Return" Policies on Defective Goods: Under Indian law, we cannot refuse a return if the product is delivered damaged, defective, or "not as described."

Refund Timeline: Once the return is picked up and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 48 to 72 hours.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card). For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details or UPI ID.
